The tray rack holds either (10) 14 x 18-inch trays or (12) 15 x 20-inch trays. It has welded angle-style ledges for extra toughness and welded tie bars to keep it sturdy. This unit has a compact footprint that fits easily in tight storage spaces.

Oval Tray Cart

The Oval Tray Cart features welded corner gussets and braces to prevent racking and keep trays steady. Four 1-inch heliarc welds per angle guide add extra durability, and the standard design includes 10 ledges with 6-inch clearance.

Steam Table Pan Rack

Steam Table Pan Rack fits 12 x 20-in pans with a 16-pan capacity. This unit’s angle ledges are specially designed for full-size pans in a variety of depths. The stainless steel construction is ideal for roll-in cooler and freezer applications.

Polycarbonate Box Rack

Polycarbonate Box Rack fits 18 x 26-in and 14 x 18-in boxes with a 20-box capacity. This unit’s angle ledges are specially designed for full and half-size polycarbonate and polyethylene food boxes.
