All-welded stainless steel construction resists corrosion in “high moisture” refrigerated environments. No pry points qualify this rack for use in correctional facilities. This unit has all swivel 5” recessed plate casters that roll easily on various surfaces. Convenient 1- 1/4”(32) wide angle ledges with 3”(76) spacing between ledges. Specification

Unit shall be of welded stainless steel construction, and shall have a total carrying capacity of 1000 pounds, evenly distributed. Unit shall accept 20 each 18” x 26” (one per ledge) or 40 each 14” x 18” (two per ledge) trays. Upright legs shall be of .120 x 1” x 1” angle material. Tray ledges shall be 1-1/4” (32) wide of 16-gauge angle material. Ledges shall be spaced at 3”, and shall be continuously arc welded to upright legs at all points. Side panels shall have a center mounted vertical reinforcement of .104 angle stainless steel material, continuously arc welded to each tray ledge. Bottom cross member channels shall be 4” wide 18-gauge stainless steel with an additional 18-gauge stainless steel reinforcement. Casters shall be heavy-duty all swivel plate type, and shall be bolted to cross member channels with security hardware. Casters shall have 5” wheel with non-marking polyurethane tread.
