Pumps can be easily cleaned in place or disassembled for a more thorough cleaning. The 70220 supply hoses will not deteriorate when exposed to acidic condiments nor become dry and brittle with age. This model has one connector that fits all 3-gallon condiment pouches for easy hook-up. This carts narrow size is easy to maneuver into the elevator, down corridors, and into serving areas.
