See how a dual-height design can help cafeterias serve multiple grade levels from a single condiment station.
PROJECT NAME
“Dual-Height Condiment Cart”
BACKSTORY
Designed for cafeterias serving multiple grade levels, this custom condiment cart features two counter heights so younger and older students can comfortably access condiments during the same or back-to-back lunch periods. Four flat-top condiment pumps keep dispensing compact and efficient, while a universal connector compatible with 3-gallon pouches helps simplify bulk condiment supply and refiling. Two napkin dispensers and two condiment cup dispensers keep frequently used items within easy reach, while stainless steel sliding doors provide enclosed storage for supplies. Removable magnetic graphics help the cart match with school branding or the surrounding serving space. A durable stainless steel frame stands up to daily cafeteria use, corner bumpers help protect nearby surfaces, and four 5” casters make repositioning easier, with two brakes helping hold the cart securely in place during service.
