BACKSTORY
Built for busy self-service cafeterias, this condiment cart centers on a double-sided food guard that helps protect chilled toppings and condiments while keeping them accessible from either side. Eight condiment pumps give multiple diners access at one, while two full-size eutectic pans keep chilled offerings ready to serve. Fold-down tray slides provide added space for diners, and pass-through locking doors keep backup supplies secure and accessible. A tubular handle supports easier transport, corner bumpers help protect nearby surfaces, and swivel and rigid casters improve maneuverability, with brakes holding the unit securely in place during use.
