Model #3070__ shall have two each drop-in cooking stoves with built-in individual controls. Two types of stove shall be available – induction (120 VAC, 1800W, 30 amp) and propane (9000 BTU/hour). Induction stoves shall be ETL listed. Base interior shall be stainless steel for ease of cleaning and sanitation with a choice of decorative laminate exterior finish. Interior compartments shall have two each adjustable and removable pullout shelves, and three sets of 5-1/2″ wide universal ledges that are height-adjustable and removable to accommodate sheet pans, full-size steam table pans and plastic food boxes. Top surface shall be heat resistant solid resin finish and include a recessed 10″ x 12″ eutectic chilled bin. Unit shall have four each recessed 5″ all swivel non-marking cushion tread casters, two each with brake.
