The Alluserv/Lakeside ACD1 Cold Drawer fits single tray type ledges. This drawer enables storage of chilled food items in tray delivery carts for added convenience. It is compatible with any tray cart designed for 15" x 20" trays. This drawer is designed for easy removal to allow additional tray storage. It is constructed from durable Type 304 welded stainless steel. This drawer features insulated double-wall bottom and sides for enhanced temperature retention. It includes a perforated stainless steel false bottom for improved drainage and airflow. This drawer comes with a eutectic flex chill blanket for efficient cooling. It also features an integrated handle for effortless insertion and removal. Includes a two year parts and one year labor warranty. NSF listed. Made in the USA.

Product Specification: Shall be Lakeside Model ___________ Cold Drawer, and shall provide storage for chilled food items when inserted into an enclosed tray cart tray compartment. Units shall fit into any tray cart that holds 15” x 20” meal trays. Bottom and sides shall be of double-wall 20 gauge Type 304 stainless steel construction, with 1/2” foam insulation between walls. Interior shall include a flexible eutectic chill blanket positioned beneath a perforated stainless steel false bottom. Unit shall have 1” wide integrated handle ledges on both short ends. Unit shall have a 2-year parts and 1-year labor warranty.
