
Lead Generation Specialist
Description
We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist. Your role is to reach out to potential partners, share the value of what we do, and more importantly; listen to what they truly need. We aren't looking for a high-pressure closer. We are looking for a genuine "connector" who can build rapport and open doors through authentic conversation. We value the caliber of the scheduled meeting over the number of dials.
Flexible Part-Time Schedule:
- 20 Hours per week
- Flexible blocks: 4x5 or 5x4 to fit your life/school/family.
What You'll Do:
- Reach out to a curated list of prospects
- Conduct brief discovery chats & schedule sales appointments
- Build a "warm" bridge between a stranger and our brand.
- Hand off qualified interests to our senior team for the deep dive.
- Coordinate calendars & send meeting invites
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM
Who You Are:
- You are comfortable on the phone
- You are a great listener who can spot a genuine need.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote/hybrid environment
