We are hiring an Entry-Level HR Admin to support front-end recruiting and daily HR operations. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate interested in human resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Schedule: 5-day workweek – Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
  • Work Environment: Culture forward, team-oriented, safety-first, free coffee, nice lunchroom

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS tools

  • Conduct initial phone screens and candidate outreach

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

  • Support onboarding and new hire paperwork

  • Maintain employee and candidate records

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees

  • Assist the HR Manager with administrative tasks

Qualifications)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Interest in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and online systems

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Internship or coursework in HR or recruiting

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Customer service or phone-based experience
