
Inside Sales Representative- Foodservice
Description
The Inside Sales Representative will focus on customer outreach to drive sales. This position involves calling on existing customers, stagnant customers, following up on leads and some cold calling based on research within our markets. They will relationship build with the customer, update key contacts/information within a CRM system and share our product offerings. Work with our customers to define their needs and connect them to the appropriate internal or external team and ensuring follow through by motivating others. Energetic, well-spoken, and eager to share company products and increase customer awareness.

Account Management - Connecting with Dealers to keep LMI front of mind |
Customer Outreach - contacting current or potential customers, identify key platers and generate interest in LMI products |
Develop Sales Opportunities - researching, identify potential customers and following up on leads |
Quote Management |
Qualifying and Follow Up - Sharing opportunities with internal and external sales staff and ensuring follow through |
Supporting Administrative duties with the external sales team |
Reporting activities for Key Performance Indicators KPI's |
Other Functions and Responsibility |
Developing rapport with customers |
Outbound calling to potential customers through research |
Documentation of sales activities within a CRM system |
Interfacing with Customer Service and Engineering to service the customer |
Assist in administrative duties as needed by the sales team |
Requirements |
Three to five years experience with account management or equivalent |
Inside sales within foodservice is preferred |
Strong communication verbally and written |
Intermediate to advanced skills within Microsoft Office products |
Strong listening and presentation skills |
