This role designs new or special products and new developments or modifications on the standard line of equipment in accordance with engineering specifications. You will design in SolidWorks to create the 3D modeling of the products, establish standards, material selection and construction of the product. You and Detailer will get the drawing ready for release so it is complete and buildable.
You own your projects and see them from design to production. You'll create relationships with the team you work closely with. This team will build the product and interface with you on designs, improvement ideas and you will be able to trouble shoot with them if there are issues or improvement that need to be made. You'll be challenged to find new and better ways of designing and building products. You are freely encouraged to get as hands on as you can! This role is so critical to our success that we want you to own your product line as your own.
